Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 envelope reduced-sodium chili seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 can (15 ounces) Ranch Style beans (pinto beans in seasoned tomato sauce)
- 5 packages (1 ounce each) corn chips
- Toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and sliced green onions

- single serve bag of Doritos (or Fritos – one person)
- 2 lbs of taco meat ready (we use our homemade taco seasoning mix)
- Favorite taco toppings (chopped lettuce, tomatoes, homemade guacamole, shredded cheese, or sour cream)
Instruction:
- Prepare your taco meat. We like to use our Homemade taco seasoning mix recipe and I even like to add in 1/4 cup of salsa to our taco meat.
- Prepare the taco toppings.
- You will need at least one bag of single serve Doritos for every person. We buy ours in bulk at Sam’s or online on Amazon.

- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 (1 ounce) taco seasoning packet (or this homemade taco seasoning)
- 6-8 snack sized bags of Fritos or Doritos
- Suggested Toppings:
- black beans
- lettuce
- tomato
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- salsa
- guacamole
Instruction:
- In a large skillet, brown beef or turkey over medium heat and drain the fat. Add the onion to the meat and sautee a couple of minutes until soft. Add the taco seasoning along with 1/2 cup of water and simmer until water is absorbed. If serving immediate pour in a bowl. You can also combine the meat and black beans if you want and keep them warm in a slow cooker.
