Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction:
- Preheat waffle griddle.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. This can also be stored and made ahead for later.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until combined. Let sit for several minutes while iron heats up.
- Spray waffle iron with baking spray before the FIRST batch only. Ladle into preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. For the “DASH” brand, this will be about 3- 3 1/2 minutes each.
- Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large eggs (divided)
- 1 ⅔ cups milk
- ⅓ cup melted butter (or oil)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction:
- Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s directions (or to 400°F if your waffle maker has a temperature guage).
- Place flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix egg yolks, milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
