Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Dark Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz White Rum
  • ½ oz Banana Liqueur (Crème de banane)
  • ½ oz Blackberry Liqueur (Crème de Mûre) ((can substitute Crème de cassis))
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Grenadine

Instruction:

  1. Combine ingredients with ice: Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice.
  2. Shake: Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker until it is very cold to the touch. Remove the top and strain the rum runner into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Serve: Garnish with fresh fruit, a cocktail umbrella, or your favorite drink accessories. Enjoy!

It was named for the bootleggers who smuggled in the liquor during Prohibition and later to avoid taxes. There’s nothing taxing about this decidedly tropical rum-and-liqueur–packed libation.

  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) banana liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) light rum
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) dark rum
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Grenadine
