Ingredients:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 4 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate (or ⅔ cup semisweet chocolate chips)
- 8 ounces evaporated milk (or half and half)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar

Instruction:
