  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • Cooked white rice, for serving
