Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt, black pepper, and garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

  3. Put the chicken pieces in a gallon sized plastic bag. Add the flour, close the top of the bag, and shake the chicken to coat it evenly with flour.
  4. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the flour coated chicken. Cook for about three minutes, flip the pieces over and cook for another three minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic, stir and cook for two minutes.
  6. Turn the heat down to medium. Add the honey garlic sauce. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
