Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
- 10.5 ounce can cream of condensed mushroom soup
- 10.5 ounce can cream of cheddar cheese soup
- 3 cups cubed frozen potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instruction:
- Cook the ground beef, drain the grease, and add to a large mixing bowl.

- 4 cups dry egg noodles (cooked)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
