Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados (ripe)
  • ½ small yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

Ingredients:

  • 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced

Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.

  • 4 large ripe Hass avocados
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (about 1 small)
