- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instruction:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- As oven preheats, put the butter in an un-greased 9×13-in. baking dish and place in oven, just until melted.
- Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour batter into baking dish, over melted butter.
- Bake, for 22-27 minutes or until edges are golden brown and puffy.

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons butter (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour

Instruction:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place butter in a 9×13 inch pan and place in oven to melt while the oven is preheating.

Ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instruction:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Melt butter in a 9-x-13-inch baking dish in the warm oven.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs together. Whisk in flour until clumps are gone.
- Add milk and salt and whisk until combined (this can also be mixed in the blender to avoid clumps).
- Pour batter into the pan of melted butter. Bake for 16–20 minutes. The sides will be overflowing and fluffy but will come down a bit once the pan is removed from the oven.
