- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- homemade whipped cream

Instruction:
- Place brandy, creme de cacao, and ice cream in a blender.
- Blend until combined and smooth.
- Pour into dessert glasses and pipe fresh whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
- Serve with a straw and enjoy!

- 1 oz. dark crème de cacao
- 1 oz. heavy cream
- Ice
- Grated fresh nutmeg, for serving
Instruction:
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice water. In a cocktail shaker, combine cognac, crème de cacao, and cream. Fill shaker with ice. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Empty cocktail glass, then strain cocktail into glass. Top with nutmeg.
