What 3 meals should a baby eat?

From about 10 months, your baby should now be having 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and tea), in addition to their usual milk feeds. Around this age, your baby may have about 3 milk feeds a day (for instance, after breakfast, after lunch and before bed).

What can baby eat at 4 months?

For the first 4 to 6 months, breast milk or formula is the only food your baby needs. After that, you can start solid foods when your baby show signs of readiness. At first your little one will keep it simple with just a few teaspoons of a one-ingredient food (like a pureed fruit, veggie, or meat) every day.

What foods can I puree for my baby?

Solid foods can be introduced in any order, but most pediatricians recommend starting with a single-ingredient food that is easy to digest like pureed sweet potato, carrot, banana and/or avocado. Other options include pureed meats, poultry, beans and iron-fortified baby cereals like rice cereal or oatmeal.
