Ingredients:
- 1-2 Ribeye (New York, or Tri Tip Steaks (1 inch thick))
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Instruction:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare the steaks by rubbing olive oil on each side. Rub the Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper on each side.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sirloin steaks (1 inch thick (1 1/2 lbs total))

Instruction:
- Combine the spices in a small bowl.
- Spray the steak with olive oil and coat both sides with the spices.

Ingredients:
- 2 six oz. filet mignon steaks (or steak cut of your choice)
- 2 Tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning (or our amazing Steak Rub)
- 2 Tablespoons garlic butter sauce
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Instruction:
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Chicago steak seasoning or seasoning of your choice on each side of two 6 oz. filet mignon steaks. Pat down the seasoning.
- Add to a covered plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to marinate. When ready to cook, brush each side of both steaks with 1 tablespoon each of olive oil. Place the filets on the rack in the air fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes at 390°F.
- After 4 minutes, flip the filets and cook for approximately 4 minutes more. Remove the air fried steaks and top each filet with 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
