Ingredients:
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
- 6 peperoncini peppers
Instruction:
- Add 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle 1 packet au jus gravy mix and 1 packet ranch dressing mix on top of the chicken.
- Then, top with 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter and 6 peperoncini peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. The chicken will produce its own juices so you don’t have to add any other liquid to this.
- When it’s ready, take a couple of forks and shred the chicken. Then serve!

- 3-4 chicken breasts, (boneless, skinless)
- 1 medium onion, (diced)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
- ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
- ½ cup butter, (sliced)
Instruction:
- Spray a large crock pot with a non-stick cooking spray or use a crock pot liner.
- Place onion first and then add the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle both packets over the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini, place pads of butter randomly on top, and then pour the juice over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 or low for 6-7 hours.

- 1 oz. packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 16 oz. deli-sliced pepperoncini peppers (Whole pepperoncinis can be used or the mini spicy ones.)
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper juice (or chicken broth)
Instruction:
- Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle over the ranch seasoning mix and the pepperoncinis and the half cup of juices from the jar.
