Deliciously tender baked boneless country style pork ribs are ready in only 40 minutes! Youll love this quick and easy recipe.
*The country style ribs I used were 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 inches thick. The thickness of your ribs will affect the cook time.
**I love the texture of these ribs as the recipe is written, but if you want totally fall-apart tender country style ribs, this is how you’d adjust the cooking time (the temperature remains the same). Cover the dish in aluminum foil, then bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours (or until the ribs are fall-apart tender, checking them at the 2 hour mark). Then proceed with the broiling instructions.
***These ribs are super flavorful without coating them in BBQ sauce, but if you want the sticky sweet texture and flavor, you can coat them in BBQ sauce just before broiling them. I normally don’t, and just use BBQ sauce as a dipping sauce, but the recipe will work both ways.

Instruction:
- Preheat your oven to 325 F (162 C).

- Place the casserole dish into the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.**
- While the ribs are baking, prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
- Transfer the ribs to the lined baking sheet (optional – if you’re coating the ribs in BBQ sauce, do that now)***. Broil them in the oven for 4-5 minutes (or until the ribs are golden with a slightly crispy exterior).
- Remove the ribs from the oven and check the internal temperature using an instant read meat thermometer (ribs are done when they read 145 F internally). Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite BBQ sauce and desired sides.
