Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork roast
- 4 carrots ((peeled and cut into large pieces) )
- 1/2 onion ((diced into large pieces) )
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup water ((for the gravy) )

Instruction:
