Ingredients:
- 8 cups vegetable broth
- 1 yellow onion (, chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (, minced)
- 4 cups cabbage (, cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 3 carrots (, sliced)

- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

- 1 cup celery (diced)
- 1 cup white or yellow onion (diced)
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 14 oz can basil (oregano, garlic diced tomatoes)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instruction:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
