Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 15 oz pineapple chunks (juice and fruit separated)
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instruction:
